I am a new staff member, how do I get a 'My Caledonian' account?
Firstly, as a new member of staff, please ensure that your line manager has filled out the new staff form before your arrival to inform IT services of your requirements.
This form is submitted to the Information Service Desk who will then create a job for this request and pass your details to the relevant teams to set up all user accounts, including 'My Caledonian'. The password that your portal account will be set up with is the last five digits of your library number on your staff card followed by Aa1, so be sure to get a staff card as soon as possible.
