How do I reset my password from the web client when it has expired?
When you log on to the web client and your password has expired, the following page will be displayed prompting you to change your password before you can continue.
For the change to work, you need to type Caledonian\username in the account field (e.g. if your username is xyz3, type Caledonian\xyz3).
The new password must also adhere to the required criteria .
Remember that you will need to use this new password when you next log on to your machine at work, as your password for the web client is the same as your password for the Caledonian domain.
