How do I setup a telephone conference call?

As part of the Cisco IP Phone system, Glasgow Caledonian University has installed a Cisco Unified MeetingPlace

Express Server. This server allows you to schedule telephone conferences which can be solely for internal staff or can include users from anywhere around the world.

As part of this service there are a number of conference telephones available that comfortably allow up to 6 users to sit around one phone (more if at a round table) and hold a conference call with other parties.

Conference Phones can be obtained by contacting the Information Service Desk on extension 1234 but please make sure you provide a couple of days notice to make sure the IT Team have time to get the phone to you.
