How can I change my PIN/password?

To change your phone logon PIN:

Go to http://10.10.1.100/ccmuser (we advise you to Bookmark this page as Phone Webpage)

Follow the instructions below:-

you will be asked for your username and password - your username is the same as your computer username/user id and the default password is password
you will see the main menu
- select Change your PIN - this is the PIN number to Log on to the phone
  - Enter your old PIN number - 12345
  - Enter your new PIN number twice to confirm - again we recommend using a 6 digit date of birth that is easy to remember
  - Click Update
  - Select Return to the Menu

You can also change the password to log onto the webpage:

Select Change your Password - this is the password to Log on to the webpage
- Enter your old password - password
- Enter your new password twice to confirm - again we recommend making this password the same as the PIN for your phone logon and the password for your voicemail
- Click Update
- Select Return to the Menu
