University voicemail can be accessed when you are away from the office

• Dial your own Telephone number   (e.g. 0141 331 xxxx or 0141 273 xxxx)
• When you hear your voicemail greeting, press *
• When asked to enter your ID, enter your extension number followed by #
• When asked to, enter your voicemail password followed by #
• You will then be given the option of pressing 1 to leave a message for yourself, or pressing 2 to listen to your message, press 2.
• You now have access to your voicemail.
