Telephony
- Telephone faults and requests for additions, moves,
ceases, extension alterations or number changes
should be addressed to the C&IT Helpdesk
on extension 1234 or by email to cithelp@gcal.ac.uk.
- Updates to the telephone directory
should be addressed to the C&IT Helpdesk
by telephone or by e-mail as above.
- Requests for mobile phones should
be similarly addressed.
- Emergency arrangements for mobile
phones are that staff should contact Charlie
Ennis or Louise Garden directly.
- Allnet remain the providers of
maintenance and alteration services to the University.
